Jennie Brown and Investing in Properties …

Jennie Brown is a propery investor, deverloper, speaker, writer and mentor, specialising in assisting people achieve their goals of utilising the biggest opportunities to make stacks of money out of property investing for the least amount of effort at that point in time.

She is also the founder of www.JennieBrown.com.au and runs property investing seminars and the Gold Class Mentoring program.

Jennie was bought up living in homes that were bought, renovated whilst her family lived in them, and sold as they were finished. Over her childhood her father exposed her to,and taught her about the many property investing strategies.

Jennie bought her first house at the age of 20 for $28,000, renovated it and sold it several years later for $94,500.

Since the purchase of that first property, Jennie has used various property investing strategies.  These include subdivisions, renovations, strata titling, multi-unit development, partnering and building projects. She also manages projects for other people.

Over the years Jennie has spoken at events, and mentored others who are now achieving their own success in property investing.

Jennie loves to watch people grow and succeed, and to help people achieve their property investing goals.
